What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

- Lamb & naan
- Pork & beef rissoles that were meant for stovetop but I oven baked them and now the texture's weird so I covered it with tomato sauce
- Tropical yoghurt
- Taco veggie crisps & mustard & dill sauce from IKEA
- Arnott's gingernut biscuits dipped in chocolate milk

If you ever see me with a long list of food, the definition of "eat" will be more flexible.
 
- Steak
- Eggs
- Sausages, cheese, naan & tomato sauce
- Bananas
- Tomatoes
- Giant pear
- Chocolate milk
- Tiramisu
- Reese's peanut butter ice cream sandwich

🐛 Also I saw a small bug when I threw up? It was still alive and had legs! Never seen those kinds around here and highly unlikely it was already in the toilet cause it was floating on the second heave wtf ...

I found here earlier as I'm searching and yes because I'm in momentary crisis.
BUT,
Please don't panic!
My momentary crises are perhaps only once every couple of months.
I pick myself up and have a great 12 year relationship with a therapist,
BUT,
Life with CPTSD is still tough!

So, the answer on my lost weekend to last food and drink...

I wanna say cocaine and chardonnay, but cocaine ain't really food.

All day it's been 2 pain au chocolate, chardonnay and cocaine.

TRUE STORY.

Tomorrow I'll pick myself up off the floor.
Sometimes I simply don't care for myself enough!
Self worth still struggle from time to time as a result of continuous childhood trauma.

TRUE STORY.
Alcohol calories gets absorbed just like calories from foods so it would always count whether you like it or not, it should reach your blood stream faster than food.

I only drink without food or it'll always go over 700 cals a day, my OCD won't let me drink unless I had less than 50 cals that day and recently it hasn't been that so my nervous system is overactive. 😵
