What Is On Your Mind Right This Second?

am more inclined now to accept that same thought- except I know I put more value on relationships contributing to the value of life. So hence, without them it's not fulfilling for me. I'm not taking anything else with me when I die.
@bird_on_a_wire your words resonate with me, specifically this: I put more value on relationships contributing to the value of life... !!!!!!!!!
It is true to myself yet distorted also(Not trying to label it it as pathological) For a very long time, it was an attempt to reduce the inner suffering originating from dissociation, inner fragmentation and the inability to escape that reality for years. Dismantling these defensive mechanisms requires always bonding with another human being/s, and we all know how hard it is when our caregivers failed us in the very beginning, it’s a long learning process and still learning. Thank you @bird_on_a_wire for your words....

I don't think it's a bad view @Rani G . In fact, it can be true to yourself. I am more inclined now to accept that same thought- except I know I put more value on relationships contributing to the value of life. So hence, without them it's not fulfilling for me. I'm not taking anything else with me when I die.

On the other hand, I heard it said it's for everyone a need to love, be loved, belong and have a purpose. I'm batting 1/4 if not 0/4 , so, what I choose now? Might be entirely different.
When I left my old life behind, I had issues with all four needs you listed.....particulary at first purpose and belonging. These are critical in life....and I was so lonely, sometimes apathetic, and confusing when those needs weren't being met.

I have so much faith in God. I love you so much God. Praying hard. It feels good to have faith.
Anticipating the good, the true and wholesome victoring.
Antipating the liars, the corrupt, the cheats being exposed for the betterment of all the rest of us.

How fragile and fleeting life is. How things can change in the blink of an eye, with or without our permission. I don't think that life is easy or fair, but that it is good nonetheless. I just wish bad things did not have to happen to good people. It is just not right.

That sounds funny to put cats & birds together @whiteraven . 🙂 But them I think of your name. 🤗

I had issues with all four needs you listed
Tbh I didn't come up with them ^^, although that doesn't mean I don't believe they're true, I'm sure they are. However, in the absence? Not sure if it matters anymore. I feel the only thing worse than the absence is a facade. For example, I could tell myself a purpose, but if I don't believe it in my heart and the evidence is contrary it probably isn't. Goes for the rest as well.
