As a result of Goingonhope's affirmation for the day, I wrote down ways in which I can gain greater acceptance and balance for myself and towards others.
Light workout at the gym, drove an hour to my favorite meeting, talked to a friend, and went to a yoga class. Lastly, when a bout of tearfulness (sadness?) came, I just noticed it and let myself feel it with the only thought being, "WTF?"
