What's Good About Today?

If the buyers of my mobile home back out I have another buyer that wants it so bad. Whew, that was a close one for me.

I will get so much accomplished today.

Being at a client's whose family all got together for Father's Day. Even though I don't have a father or father-in-law anymore (they passed), I got vicarious pleasure from seeing the man I was visiting thoroughly enjoying his family.

A retailer is going out of business and I got $140 or so merchandise for a paltry $73. All three items were on my "someday" wish list and will be of good use in my home. That made me feel pretty good. To get a good deal, to get some items to improve the home which I have resumed an interest in this year, and to stick to my guns and not impulse buy.

I worked really hard and got so much accomplished. I found my sons baby book and read it. I sure miss him.

I completed all my running around and covered about 200 miles.

The rain, even though it is flooding my basement. Because of that my son is spending time with me. I'll take it!!

I drove very well in the stick shift driving my daughter home from the hospital. My driving has improved so much. I am very happy about the improvement. I got my drivers liscence in a stick shift but have not driven one in years and I am having to relearn Much improvement. I feel confident.

That I had the money to take advantage of a cosmetics/skincare sale. It doesn't always work out that way so this is good.
