What's Good About Today?

That I had a blast with my eldest granddaughter today and we will have another one tomorrow.

That I had the chance to clear my table at work - so there's nothing awaiting me tomorrow.

That I got almost done so much today. I feel such a sense of accomplishment, but have to work on being more positive about doing things than dreading them and stressing.

That the sun is out. Several days of rain in a row can make you appreciate when the sun comes out. Hear we are suppose to get more rain, so I will enjoy it while it lasts.

I slept good without any nightmares and it has been a quiet and peaceful morning. Later on I am going to take the girls to the pool to go swimming and mabe get some fast food, not so sure on that one though.

I feel fully alive and joyful and present.

The calming breeze this evening after dinner when the temperature had come down some. And the choice to practice self care when I was feeling stressed.

I am going to get some things accomplished today. I will feel so much better once it is all done and over and I will be at home again to relax.

That it cooled down. The heat doesn't work so well with my dysautonomia. Though I personally prefer it, my body reacts improperly.

That I had very little feel of wanting to lie down to erase this boredom I often feel. It's an avoidance and I met the day head on.
