Your Pet Did What!?!

My kitty, the supposed one who I thought was more caring, but has been naughty as of late, has upped his naughtiness. I laid down to take a nap after my surgery. Instead of him just laying snug with me, he chose to keep trying to walk on top of my wound! Finally my husband had to remove him from my room! Naughty, Naughty kitty!

Naughty, Naughty kitty!
I'm sorry to hear that dear Britt!!! I wonder what the kitty is doing! Do you or your husband have any idea? Is he/she looking for attention or something?:bookworm:(*reading a book on cat psychology!* Not really, but it's a cute smiley!) :D

My little finch did something cute today that he never did before! In the morning when "we" got up, and I took off his cage cover and moved him to where we spend the day near the big window, he got on top of his nest and stuck his little tail feathers in the air and "wagged" them! It's not as slow as a dog, more like vibrating them, but it's the same thing, a sign of happiness! :)

I had read about Zebra Finches "wagging their tails" before but had never seen it so it was a special surprise! :playful:

I woke up to a blizzard today and when I took my little dog outside for her morning pee break she jumped off of the steps and into a snowbank so deep that she actually disappeared temporarily. Thankfully the storm is over - but really amusing to see a teeny 20 pound dog take on such big snow drifts with so much determination.

My dog has anxiety, the one that causes the major problems is separation anxiety. He vomits, pisses and carries on like a fool. We actually need a full-time doggie sitter whenever we leave even overnight. Pittiful Pittabull indeed

That is so funny! So often it is the little dogs that are so brave! :D

Awwwww.....he sounds so cute with needing a doggie sitter if you go out overnight! I have a soft spot for the "underdog"! :D

You know my little dog had horrible separation anxiety and the solution was to get another dog. She is so much better at home now. Not everyone can handle two dogs but it did wonders for my little one. She also did things like peeing, pooping, vomiting and worst of all screaming so loud that I could hear her blocks away from my house.

Dogs are pack creatures so to be alone is very unnatural for them.

Both my dogs got rawhide bones for Christmas. The big one has already ate hers. The little one, Buddy, carries hers around and hides it from time to time. Mind you she hasn't even tried to eat it. If it is on the main floor, in the living area, she won't allow Tess in there. I even tried to call Tess in the living room, but she wouldn't come. I guess we all know who the lead dog is...the little one! :hilarious:

My GSD experienced his first real snow today (6 inches - we didn't get much of anything last year). He totally loves the snow. While I was running the snow-thrower to clear my driveway, he was running under the stream of snow, jumping up and grabbing big mouthfuls of snow as it fell. Last night he was trying to catch snowflakes. He was in heaven! Now he is sound asleep and snoring... I guess he wore himself out.

Unlike other dogs on here, he loves getting wet and I swear he searches for puddles and mud to get into. Snow fits the bill for now. :)

Yesterday my dog, a dachshund, was frolicking through the snow (we have about a foot of it) she was leaping and bounding making little walking paths as she plowed her way through the yard. All of the sudden she let out a cry turned around and started limping toward me.

Her right hind leg was all bent up and she would barely put any pressure on it.

I freaked out. Our last dachshund had slipped a disk in her back from jumping around, I immediately thought that's what happened to this one.

I ran to her, brought her in the house, and went to check out her leg.

She had snow stuck between her toes.

The little S**t had cold feet. That's why she was limping.

:grumpy: Talk about giving me a heart attack for no reason.
