A big old Italian sausage and some fried chicken skin....Keto diet rocks!
Going for a big glass of hot coffee with real cream in it and a salad. ?

Baked, fish fillets dipped in beer batter, and strawberry flavored water.

Roasted sunflower seeds & a couple slices roast beef. Got a new toy for the kitchen - one of those chef blowtorch things. Tried it out on the roast beef. Glad I got it! Reckon I'll like trying it out on different things
