Lots of H20 and a smoothie made with spinach, dandelion greens, sunflower seed butter, flax milk, cacao/reishi/chaga powder, frozen bananas, water, and chia seeds. Then I had two of those damn crack cookies (a.k.a. vegan g/f chocolate chip) I can't resist.
Just finished peeling and cutting potatoes to make garlic/rosemary roasted wedges/fries (wish I could abracadabra some over to ya', @Ronin ) to serve with No Bull brand savory mushroom veggie burgers topped with red onion, homegrown spinach, spicy mustard, and vegan mayo on some vegan g/f buns.
