Raspberry mead. Pan fried walleye, Mac and cheese, sauteed brussel sprouts with mushrooms, cheddar biscuits (the Red Lobster recipe), water. Chocolate chip cookies with milk for dessert.

Damn fine meal!!

Walleye is a white fish found in Michigan's Great Lakes. My brother in law caught it in Lake Saint Clair last weekend. Lite and flakey.

Fired up the grill for some freshly picked asparagus, freshly shucked corn on the cob, and mahi mahi that's been in the freezer for about a month or two. Then we both dove into the Cherry Garcia non-dairy nice cream pint. Glad I wasn't left alone with it. lol

Well, I was in a hurry st the grocery yesterday, so I didn't read labels carefully. I grabbed some grief chicken frozen dinner. I had it today. Wooooeeeee! Was it spicy hot. Now I love spicy, and I love hot, but this was like 3 times both. It was good, but my stomach is asking what the hell happened. Oh yes, there was some Mac n cheese too.
