Chinese hot and sour soup followed by beef with ginger and spring onion and egg fried rice. Orange squash drink.

Sugary WTH was it. I think foam bananas? Wasn't paying attention.

 

[Tornadic Thoughts]

A fresh garden salad with wild "weeds" (dandelion greens, purslane, chickweed), kale, fenugreek sprouts, chickpeas, red cabbage/apple kraut, and a version of thousand island dressing that I hadn't tried before.

Enjoyed a cup of nettle tea as a nightcap, chased by H2O.

An American Salad (which consists of: romaine and Iceberg lettuce, carrots, red cabbage, and radishes). Some parmesan cheese on top too. Then topped it off with Ken's Caesar dressing. And drank some water.
