Thankyou @8888 sometimes I even feel guilty for feeling unwell. When I can go out I feel better but my racing thoughts and depression are worse when I'm stuck indoors. I hope that you feel better also.

Today we bring my old dog in for his xray to find out if he has cancer or not. I'm trying to work today but I can't focus at all. We leave in about 2 hours for his appointment.

Back in hospital tonight. 4th time in 3 months due to severe endometriosis pain. Very nice doctors and nurses but I am so over it all.
