Current Weather

It looks like our little Indian Summer is over.
It was 28 degrees at midday on Sunday, today at midday, only 16 :( And as the weatherman kindly pointed out on the TV last night, it won't be that warm again (28) until April, or more likely May next year.

It rained over night, and has been grey, breezy, and a bit drizzly at times. Boo :tdown:. I hate the thought of winter coming :cautious:

It rained again last night. I went to put the dog out one last time before I went to bed and she does not like getting wet. So she ran back in the house. So I went outside hoping she would go then which she did. But I had to stand there in the rain while I waited for her. :rolleyes:

The rain since stopped and the temp is 52F or 11C.

Today is going to be a beautiful day with a high of around 70 degrees. Each day of the week will get a bit warmer until we reach 80 degrees on Sunday. I plan to take full advantage of this warm weather and sunshine. The weather affects my mood a great deal, as I have something known as seasonal affective disorder (SAD), so a warm, sunny day is like a shot of anti-depressant to me and I plan to enjoy it to the fullest.:)

I just hope mother nature is kind to us this winter. The worst temp I have experienced was about -42C or -43F. Brrrr way too cold for me. I wish we could hibernate winters.

I always said I wished we had 2 seasons. 6 months of spring and 6 months of autumn. I would be one happy camper then.

It is a beautiful fall day here in the bluegrass state with a high expected of 76 degrees...(I have a sudden urge to go fishing) lol

I wish you all were here to enjoy this fine weather with me and hope it is nice wherever you are.

The wind is picking up again tonight.

It has turned colder now from the heat wave last week, and tomorrow it could be thundery and wet.

From being sunny but windy, the sky has just gone black and its pouring it down. I mean black, just had to put the light on.

Glad I decide to go out early this morning now. :D

Can I go fishing with you Lionheart? I used to love to fish at lake Erie when I was a kid when we had our cottage there.

Blowing a gale here, very blustery with sudden gusts. Time to batten down the hatches. I wonder if I go for a nap if H will take pity on me and walk the doggies. He did last night and it was raining.
