Happiness Challenge Round 3 - Starting June 1

Three more fun fabrics: A butterfly batik curtain, a greenery batik curtain and my fuzzy toy I keep on top of my computer that I touch sometimes, as it is so soft!!! It is supposed to be a lizard, and I love lizards. When I used to live in Florida, I used to have one that lived in my garden and take photos of him all the time, he was so cute! This toy reminds me of him and makes me very happy, as I miss him.
 
I'm posting on my trauma diary exclusively this go round as I am attempting to run some concurrent challenges. But basically I'm running into the same two difficulties: exercise and meditation components. I am having more physical illness due to allergies, but it's not too late to catch up on the exercise. Meditation though I am still doggedly resistant. I'm going to try again today. I really am at a loss about what my block is in this area, unless it is because I don't want to be "open" for some weird reason.
 
1. I am grateful to wake up and not be having panic attacks.
I am grateful that I am breathing.
I am grateful that I meditated this morning.

2. I went to belly dancing last night and spent some nice time with people. I also exercised.

3. Meditated: Yes - tried yoga nidra this morning.

4. Exercise: belly dancing

5. Random Act of Kindness: Yes listening to a difficult person.

I will mostly be posting this in two other places.
