New Here
With no judgments, reach in to you making truth with who you are. Like an eagle would before taking off, spread your arms wide open and look up the sky, letting the sun shine and the wind dry those wet tears. Be free in you and with you and within you.
Separate from what it is not yours, and untangle the chains of the analytical mind to allow your heart engage in the most beautiful relationships of all: you.
Gently reach in and knit a web of oneness to hold who you were, with who you are and who you want to be. Blow off the condemning clouds of self doubts and let them flee away like dandelions in the wind would do.
Move away fears that do not belongs to you, but embrace yours to letting them melt like butter in the sun with the innocence of your soul.
Silent the whispers of those voices that stir you away from your true path and follow your heart over a rainbow of love, serenity and peace.
Let courage be your faithful compass to follow the arrow of your being. Listen to the symphony of your heart as a bird would do up in the air, flying away the unbearable as it is not indeed for you. Devote three minutes a day to understand where the peace within you is hidden and reach out to it as a timid child.
Do not rent the pity of others, but claim your own strength in reaching the best of you to be free in you and with you.
