So I had a small victory today. I didn't really see it but my therapist was happy. So in the two weeks since I saw my therapist last I signed a lease on a house off base and have started moving a little and was in a decent car accident and had to deal with some pretty poor excuse for customer service well not really since the claims adjuster didn't answer any of our voicemails for a week but anyway.
Every time I have an appointment they have me fill out this questionaire about how I have felt in the last two weeks and even with all that craziness the results from the questionnaire in terms of numbers ended up being the same as last time and last time I felt really good. So I might have found a way to stay pretty well in control of my attitude. The bad part is my answers show that I have moderate anxiety and ptsd symptoms. But to me it isn't really something bad it just is what it is. There was a point where it was higher than moderate so I kind of consider it a small victory that it is moderate.
