I don't know about anyone else, f*ck I'm backwards in most of life, anyway... But my PTSD isn't about the things that I did, or were done to me. It's about the stuff I didn't do. Don't do. That's what guts me.

Yea shit idk I'm f*cked in the head. Probably shouldn't even be typing half the shit I put up on here to be honest. One day it's this, next day it's that. I can't put my finger on shit anymore.

Yea dogs are awesome. Cat's are alright too. That's one way to practice on the easy startling. I'll be sitting here typing or reading or gaming and the cat will jump on my lap and I about shit myself everytime. But the realization that it's just the cat not an alarm comes sooner over time if that makes sense.

Raven, thats awesome, i recently invested in a pure bred german shepherd. although she is not technically a service dog, she has helped me calm down more times than i can remember, and she is only 7 weeks old!... i would like to have her trained, but have no idea where, and how. plus i probably couldnt afford something like that anyways...
