ADHD ADHD: what’s helpful/unhelpful?

So I was diagnosed in July, combined type. Wondering what others find helpful / unhelpful?
Any ways in which your adhd combines with ptsd / c-ptsd?
Are you able to use adhd meds?
Anything else you've noticed?

Not me but my wife has ADHD and her concentration and productivity benefits from body doubling.
