Well got my covid test done today. Results in 2-7 days but both my coworkers who took it Tuesday came back negative today so that is good. I did therapy telehealth today. I had a really good discussion with my therapist today talking about how to try and manage the difference I see in my family. The older I get the less I want to deal with their crap and I want to surround myself with good people. I told her today. I'm good with setting boundaries with work it's just when family is involved it gets complicated.

Just got some sad news a girl I used to hang out with in my bar hopin 20s who sang lead in a band I'd go see regiously every weekend died of stage 4 colon cancer at the age of 37. Damn life is short. She had a beautiful husband and three kids aged 6,5, and 4. Why her?

The food is ok and I'm in a room of four beds. Only one other person at the moment. I've just been woken up really early for various tests and meds. I'm so tired. I should go home tommorow.

Speaking of heart issues, I got a halter monitor test, stress test and echo cardiogram. The first two came out normal, but the last did not. Now I have to wait two and a half weeks for the details. All I know is that both my parents had heart issues and now so do I. I just hope and pray it's nothing serious. My heart goes out to you who had the heart attack. I am glad you are on the mend. I am sorry I forgot your name, I get people irl mixed up all the time too. Names slip my mind often. I am feeling my age.
