Hi everyone, and Happy Tuesday. I am feeling weak and tired. I have been sleeping a lot lately but not well so that I am zapped of energy and I doubt that this will be a very productive day (physically). However, I am going to use this time to focus on self-care and self-forgiveness (for things which I had no control over and my 'human' mistakes) and try to catch up with the forum. I shan't be doing laundry but I agree that today is as good as any for that. lol. ? Healing hugs to all who want or need one.
