I've been going through this kind of thing for at least a week. I finally got into the shower this morning. It feels good to be clean again, but it took a lot for myself to get me in there.

yeah it makes me feel crappy and guilty. I shouldn't feel guilty it's just bad mental health. ?

When I get that way, if I can do any little thing to make myself feel better, the tiniest thing, I try to do it. See if there's anything you can do like that.

I was having a shit day but I just got back from the cafe where I had lunch. Feel alot better. Eating food is a good coping mechanism.

Woah! So I keep my family at a distance and now I know I'm not the only sane one lol. Apparently my niece left last Wednesday morning yes a whole week ago and traveled to California for a boy she has been dating for a year and a half. She is 18 so she can do what she wants. She has bad anxiety so I'm surprised she was able to travel by herself there. She has never left the state! She found a boy and a nice Christian family as far as we know that paid for her plane ticket to California. She won't talk to anyone so I just sent her a message on Facebook saying I was proud of her cuz I am. I hope she falls in love and is happy because honestly she wasn't happy here!

I am tired today also but doing ok. Was able to walk at the park and had some lunch :). I am back to journaling and feel i'm ready to move forward. Understanding a bit that I am in control. Glad your ok :) Hope you can get some rest.

No sightings today or last night, but I don't see any signs of Bob the lizard. I hope all that bug spray didn't kill him!
