We had a severe high wind warning throughout the night with gusts up to 70 miles an hour…. Not sure if I hit that high but I was concerned about a couple of my windows being broken but things hitting them

But then we also got a severe weather winter storm advisory of 8 inches between 2pm and 5pm this afternoon. It is currently almost 3 PM and I think it just might make it to the 8 inches /boggle

We used to have a supplier whose office was in St.Paul/Minneapolis. Second time i was there was hilarious. There were a couple guys in the training class from Florida and they had an "Alberta Clipper" (which is where I'm from) come through. They thought I was nuts going outside (25F and snow) for breaks in just T-Shirt and jeans.

We had what you got - just a few days ago. Now its just hanging around 0 F and snowing a little. Hate the grey days that go with this weather though.

-26C/-16F. Supposed to start warming up today, and sunshine. Still going to hit -20C tonight but 1C/33F for a high tomorrow.

It’s supposed to be spring, the flowers are coming up and it’s April but, winter has returned with a vengeance . The wind is shaking the house and the rain lashing the windows all night. NE winds off the ocean gusting to 50 + mph, wind chill in the 20s.

Went from the sixties yesterday and most of the six weeks before, to the high 70s today and it’s going to be near 80 the next five days. So drastic!
