Same here… from summer to snow in blink blink… where do I live, again?

I was going to drive through a mountain pass yesterday but passed (hah), been through there twice this year with bare pavement and now? Packed snow, continuous snow falling and trailers require chains. Even the long way around that gets me on the other side close to sea level will have packed snow at my destination and chains required today. Almost drove over in a small 4x4 truck just to seal the deal and not haul it home, but the guy says he can wait. Next weekend? I dunno, whats next on the this is weird continuum?

With windchill - 1 F/-17 C Had to run out and get a flame sensor for the furnace and its just nasty out there. Still, its better than the 60 cm/24 inches of snow they got north of us....

Don't blame us. The Jetstream headed way south suddenly and it....well it sucks......or blows....or both....

It's mid day here and we are in within reach of a record low for the day.
