Anyone know of any DID support groups that are legitimate and safe? You can private message me if you want. Thanks!

None. :)
But if you looked for dramatic, devolving into unscientific nonsense, name calling and worsening that disorder, I would have a few recommendations.
PODS have a forum but I have only looked at other parts of their site, so can't say how good, or not, it is - depends to some degree how you define 'legitimate and safe' I suppose, but it is moderated and has quite extensive guidelines. I think you have to subscribe to join it, but it might be worth checking out.
I am a member of PODS. the forum is well catered for and friendly. It is UK centric, but open to international people as well, and there is a subscription of around £4/$5 a month. The subscription keeps the user numbers lower, but also the quality higher.
DiscussingDissociation is just getting one started. Might what to check out site & let them know if you are interested.Yeah, I used to belong to one I really liked, but it has seriously devolved and is mostly inactive now. Another I joined was militant with rules. And the admins were vicious, not at all compassionate. I've since started just to read on my own and write. It seems that most forums that are strictly DID can get out of hand pretty quickly. And there is often a lot of comparing and contrasting. It would be awesome to find one that was just supportive and that offered resources, but I haven't found one yet.
