I'm afraid that this is all that's left of me and my life. That now, it's just a question of how lon...

I feel exactly the same way. Like this trauma will never get better, and I don't want to live the rest of my life like this. I've seen a T for several years and done a lot of work, but I'm terribly discouraged and frightened. Sometimes I even wish I could go to bed and not wake up. :-(
