How Did You Sleep Last Night?

I slept! I think because I was up very early, had little sleep night before, and out all day walking woods and hills. It wasnt great because I ate too much and that impacts my sleep but I did sleep quite deep. Now I want to sleep more! But thats more about avoidance than tiredness

Oh I have been drinking a nervine tonic three times a day which helps. Its a combination of herbs in a tincture to help with the resting digesting part of the nervous system. If anyone wants morw info holler
 
I got maybe five hours, better than some nights. My CPAP supplies will arrive this Friday or Monday. I know that will help with the quality of sleep I get. I made my sleeping space relaxing and inviting. I'm really comfortable and at ease there. I will continue making improvements.
 
I think the autumn insomnia jag has come early this year. :facepalm: I’ve been sleeping for scheisse all week. Lay down? Up 15 minutes later, hot metal in my throat. Be tired, but don’t lay down for another 10 hours, because... hot metal in my throat. Have this indefineable feeling of needing to stay awake to do <crickets> sooooooomething. And the ever present taste of adrenaline in my throat. Aaaargh.

Upside? It’s only been a week. Usually it takes a few weeks -and sometimes a couple months- of only sleeping once every few days before I notice something ain’t right. It usually doesn’t take long to self resolve once I’ve noticed it. A few more weeks, maybe. A month on the outside. A few days or less, even, sometimes. It’s variable, but it ain’t that long. Not once it’s been spotted. We know this. It’s just the autumn. It usually doesn’t hit until Oct/November, but hey. Might be f*cking amazing to be awake, really awake, & not half zombified in Oct/November.

Fingers crossed, eyes glittering, and cap tilted at Morpheus. Heeeeeey baby! Remember me? :sneaky: Don’t make me perfect my catnaps darlin’, take a girl to bed, already.
 
A really good night's sleep for a change.....I usually wake up at least twice.....slept a solid 7 hrs! Then went back to sleep for an hour. No dreams to report. ?
