Three hours, not enough. So tired, again. The night before I slept almost six, that was nearly enough, but had a very bad dream and other issues, kind of feels like a no-win situation lately, sleeping.
I wake up anywhere from 2 to 5 am every morning. Then I'm up for the day. I desperately need a full night's sleep. I don't know what to do for it. I'm exhausted.
