How Did You Sleep Last Night?

I can't sleep for more than a couple hours at a time. Even then, I am awake for most of the night.

I slept about 4 hours and didn't have nightmares. I guess that's as good as it gets!

Really couldn't sleep the past 2 days felt very uneasy

I slept really well. I had my first full dose of a new antidepressant medication and I think it helped me to sleep better.

A couple of days ago I told myself to stop doing the stay up until 4am thing no matter how much I'm scared of nightmares and disturbing dreams. Or even the nights where I wake up feeling like I was thinking all night. So I've been doing it. And since I've been doing it I've been having these weird dreams. Many dreams in one night. Detailed dreams. Last night I had what seemed to be 4 long detailed dreams. One of them involved ghosts speaking french to me :O_o:. Good thing I love french. But still that was weird. I woke up so tired too.

I slept well yesterday. Saw a dream, trying to recall it at the moment.

Had 2-3 hours sleep, then spent from midnight to 6 am awake, from 6 am to 9am I got a few hours sleep, solid but full of dreams.

I'm back on my restavit tonight, the only drug that's non addictive that blocks my dreams in REM sleep. Here's hoping.

I stayed up too late because of family obligations, got maybe 4.5 hours of sleep and had a terrible nightmare.

Restlessly. I slept about 10 hours, thanks to my antipsychotics, but it felt like I got hardly any sleep at all and I woke up feeling unrested.

Woke at 4am and tried to meditate after that.
