@Glitterkitty I'm still not sleeping through the night. Last night I had multiple nightmares. I'm going through some medication changes right now and hope it all will be sorted out soon.

@roaminggnome big :hug: I'm so sorry! :( I'm not either, but it is death of a family member related. I do hope your med changes get worked out soon and you get good restful sleep!

I've been up since 1 AM this morning! My pdoc changed my meds today so maybe I'll sleep tonight.

I slept a bit more than usual last night, and do not recall any dreams/nightmares, and am grateful for that. :)

I had a really good night's sleep from like 8 pm to 9 am. (13 hours) :sleep::happy::)

I just woke up for the day and it is the middle of the night. There is a problem with my new med and I can't take it. I'm waiting to hear back from my pdoc.

One nightmare. About 6 hours of sleep. So I guess that is pretty good as I've had worse nightmares and worse amounts of sleep in the past.

As I suspected, it doesn't feel like I've slep much at all. Bloody anxiety.

Not sleeping. I lay there and try to rest, but it's not the same thing.

I do seem to be getting about 2 hours worth between 6-8 am. Not enough.

I woke up twice to nightmares and was really drugged from a new medication. I fell back asleep but pain woke me up. So not a good night overall.
