It occurs to me how much of this ^^^ is wrapped up in how well I KNOW other people... and therefore how much I trust them, and trust myself/my judgment.

The people I would call on for A? Will be different than the people I call on for B.

But the ability to MAKE that decision? Is something I lose when I don’t trust my own judgements, cannot make decisions.
