So proud you @Justmehere . You've confronted and inserted your voice in an extremely difficult situation. Yes, the aftermath (as I call it) is huge and hard to work through. Maybe you don't have to work through anything right now?

Decompress and give yourself a break. Don't be too quick to jump back into your regular schedule. Do you have some special things or activities just for you?

I just think you're awesome. So often your posts here have been so helpful and insightful. You're a survivor and a winner. Very proud of you!

Today has been one of the hardest days in a really long time. I keep fighting a lot of tears. I have only cried like this one other time in my life.

I am not sleeping, eating, or functioning too well. I'm using every coping tool I have.

I almost went to the ER - I'm decompensating fast. I thought I would be happy but instead im falling apart. But I can't go and tell them I got good news and now I'm having a breakdown
... Argh.

Why not? You did have good news and are having a breakdown. What's wrong with that?

You have nothing to be ashamed of. You faced one of your biggest fears and put your everything into it. It's perfectly normal and expected that the letdown afterwards would have exhausted every resource you may have had. You have nothing left to fight with and so what? Your platform is no where. Why should you fight it?

Cry! Scream! Eat whatever makes you feel good! Scribble down on paper using the colors that best fit your mood.

Your physical well being is important. Protein shakes? Something easy on your stomach but gives you proper energy. Sleep when needed. Stop being so hard on yourself! Just getting up in the morning is awesome. I'm still rooting for you!

@Justmehere Hey, GOOD stess can sometimes be just as ass kicking as BAD stress. Your body and mind has been on edge for 11 freaking years, its entitled to go through a huge amount of shit now. All that pent up frustration, anger, sadness, hurt rage, every emotion that you've had in 11 yrs is now just screaming to be let out.

Do what you need, ASK for what you need but importantly ACCEPT any help that you can get right now....... hang in there... you are my new hero!!!!!!
