How to Stop Emotional Outbursts?

Wow, I was looking online for some help for this issue. The posts in here describe what I'm going through to a "T"! I wish my husband could understand this might be a normal part of going through PTSD. I too wish I could press the "pause" button and stop myself. I'm glad I found this forum.
