I Connected Today

I don't know where this post would go. It's not REALLY and accomplishment but I wanted to say it anyway.

I cried today. This is not a thing, I'm a crier lol. But it was because I have been reading though posts on here and I share so much with everyone. It was just awesome to see that some of the things that I thought were unique to me are actually pretty common.

Yes, I found that, first when I was diagnosed with PTSD, went away and looked it up and thought "Oh, yes. That is me" and later when I came here. Better, there are people who share my experience and are recovering, so there is hope.
