I agree! Thanks everyone. This why I came here, I can’t talk to anyone else right now. I knew you would all help give me insight into this situation.

I think we can work through it given some time...we typically communicate pretty well.

Sorry I couldn't get on to reply for so long, and reading through the thread many others have already explained what was concerning me pretty well.

You are not at fault and abusive therapists are not the norm. You've gotten through trauma before so you know you have the strength to do it now. You figured it out at the start and stopped it from continuing so you're already on the right path.
