In need of help and your suggestions

I have been having a lot of rage issues myself. I agree with @Tornadic Thoughts about the exercise helping. Maybe a different type would help. For me, walking is very helpful in getting aggression out. So are kickboxing videos.
I have an app on my phone called Relax Melodies that has some free meditations, and the SoundCloud app has some great breathing exercises on it as well.

I'm on a lot of psych meds. I don't believe any of them are causing my rage. I think, again in my situation, I never addressed anger at all until about 5 years ago, so now I have very little skills related to dealing with that or any emotional regulation.

I really hope you can find a solution. I hate when I get to that rage place and lose control.
