Mortgage Finally Approved

Well I have been waiting for 3 months now and today finally we got the pre-approval!!!!!! Whoo hoo!!! i just talked to to the real estate agent and he is going to bring over a list for us to look at on thursday afternoon.If we can find something quick and something that is suitable i could be out of here in about two months, give or take. Thank goodness, good news, it is finally over, this year of living in hell and i am going to own my own home again!!!!!! i am so excited..what does not kill us can only make us stronger...that for sure applies here, i think i have been feeling like i was not going to make it but we did and now on to my new life, new future and security.

Awesome news Pand....But don't jump the gun too fast. I know that you are in a hurry to get out of where you are, but that's exactly what got you there in the first place. You were in a hurry to get out of the place before that.

Try and take your time, think about what you need vs what you will settle for. Think about what will be good for you, your son and your mother. There is a lot to think about, and it shouldn't be done quickly......Don't just settle for anything to get you out of where you are now.....This new place will be your HOME, and you want it to be what you need, want, and to fulfill your dreams. Take your time........

I know she....we are going to make sure it is appropriate and will not just move to get out of here. I am looking at the best possible scenario and in my case sooner than later would be better. i know this is a huge decision and it will be ours and we both have to like it and be comfortable with it, it is to either. So do not worry i will not rush into anything....and then i will be able to have company over and feel proud of where i am . I cannot wait to be clean again and decorate the way we like, no more crazy neighbors, no mice, YUCK!!!! Now you will be able to visit if you want sometime after we are settled!! I am sooooo excited and relieved! I was also running away from that last crazy landlord this time i am running from here but at least i am running to something positive.....a HOME again, i could just cry!!!!

A visit with you would be awesome too. I just need to apply for my passport....Go have a good cry, and the feel better. You have lots ahead to plan, think about, and do.... You will need all of your energy....

We also have an agreement too.....I will hold you to that promise.....Love ya!!!!
