General My Husband And Nlp Therapy

Was a strange night last night.

No angry nightmares, just him singing at the top of his voice. :rolleyes:

Music is a means of releasing so many emotions! A friend of mine took up karaoke singing, he even bought a machine that plays special cd's with the words.

He is actually ready for utube. Of course his wife hates it. I believe it has given him a new outlet and voice training is also exercise.

Earplugs are inexpensive if needed. :hug: I see this as huge progress. Hopefully you are able to encourage him. Or suggest times for him to practice. Do I recall reading about building a garage? That would be a perfect place for a mini studio! Just trying to be helpful, Whitney

Great ideas Whitney.

He sings along to the radio a lot and has already said the old CD/Radio is going in there.

Have to say though he would never make it onto You-tube.

I would have never thought my friend would improve either. Proved me wrong. And utube is not the goal here. Singing is an outlet.... Garages are to guys like playhouses are to gals. It will occupy him and keep him away from the outlaws too! Shame on me! :tup: Hugs, Whitney

Hubby has had his first serious bump since he has been for the therapy.

I will get him to make a phone call later when he gets up and hopefully that will put him back on his feet again.

I believe this therapy has shown alot. Sometimes we need to adjust the sails. Hang in there :hug: Whitney

This is amazing Amethist - I have been thinking about NLP for a while now. I think I will PM you to see if you can let us know who you saw. There are some amazing NLP people out there - however I studied it myself and after I think 4 days I could be allowed to help others using NLP - I think this is outrageous as there is NO WAY I have the knowledge!! I really hope all is going well and wonderful the nightmares have stopped - this is something that really gets my hubby down.

Do you know if the NLP guy deleted the memory as I have heard of this too.
