Yeah, totally agree. But it is telling point one to shut the f*#! Up that I struggle to manage!

This isn't about how, this is about evidence to support your thought... your thought is the problem.

So, lets remove point one, making point 2 common sense.
 
Now lets look at your next point:

Thought: I fear my children are going to be abused or come into danger.

Evidence Fore This Thought
  • I realise that I have developed some unhelpful coping techniques.
How does this support your thought? Do you think is supports the thought? Or is this more a consequence?
 
Hey Anthony, I hope that you are well. Firstly I wanted to thank you as I was doing well. Took in your words and it actually really helped me to rationalize things, it really worked! Problem is I am now back to feeling totally crap again. Depressed, anxious etc.

Claustrophobic in a huge way. Then also needing space from people. Erghhhhh just been a general bitch with an awful attitude,ack of control over emotions.

Struggling with the fact that I am such an obsessive mother and exhaust myself with kids that I am about to collapse into a heap.

I need a magic spell, just I time for Halloween! :)

When I get paranoid about something everything intensifies. I believe that is why people do not think it is as bad as I think it is and therefore tell me I am being stupid or laughing, they are not seeing the situation in the same intensity. But, how dare they belittle the way I feel. My feelings and perceptions are there for a reason and I need to feel I am safe and be reassured of that, not dismissed.

I can fully understand why you feel the way you do, I would too. Having intense feelings and reactions to the things does not make you a bad person.

However, I think you should definately have help for this. You can learn the skills to move forward in a more positive way so that a better life can be experienced.

I really hope you get the support you need on this.
