Periodic check-in -- how is the site?

This is just one of periodic requests for member feedback about the site.

• Is it functioning correctly?
• Having used the new work here for some time, can anything be done better?
• Is there a feature that you feel is missing?
• Are policies and procedures working without bias?
• Are staff on the ball with issues that arise here?

I'm asking about the technical aspects of the site, the administration aspects of the site. Can anything be done better based on your experiences elsewhere online?

I love how the site is right now. It all works perfectly for me and the mods are always very helpful and prompt with the help tickets.

No complaints, things easy to find, Admin and mods on top of things as always, thanks for letting us have avatars back... now it feels like 'home' again..... great job on the changes.... everything looks so clean and easy to navigate.... thanks for all you do....

Flat out this is the best run forum I belong too. I belong to quite a few forums and it isn't uncommon for me to wish that other forums had the same features that this one does. I do find that on the rare occasion that I use my phone, I have difficulty finding the login and I am a guessing that you can't thumb up chat posts on the mobile version?

I think the staff are doing a great job, I can honestly say that I have seen a huge improvement in the handling of issues in the last year. I attribute that just to the fact there are more staff members in general now to handle the influx of members, and has nothing to do with the quality of individual staff members.

My only suggestion is that when behavior needs to be corrected in chat, I think it would be a good idea to directly tag people with "@". I missed a warning once because I was called "eve" instead of "@EveHarrington" and I think I noticed the same thing when someone else got a chat ban (a few weeks/month after me). She continued with her behavior beyond the warning and I think she may have missed the warning as she wasn't tagged. I know it's not an excuse, but when stressed and symptomatic, it helps to be tagged so the warning is direct and comes to our attention since it's highlighted....especially helpful if chat is moving fast. My apologies if this has already been changed.

I'm not on here a ton these days but when I am I have seen the site running very quickly. No drag at all on it anywhere I have seen anymore and I feel MODs have really been on the ball. Not that they weren't before but I just have a sense of a step up of moderation in general.

Works well for me. Didn't realize how often I really do use a mobile device. Change can always be a challenge...but in this case, a good one. I really like the side arrows as a scroll up or down.

Love the speed the updates added to my mobile. And the mods are amazing. Quick to answer questions and patient when I'm not understanding the why's and how's.

The site works well, a new change for me is that I am using my phone now besides my laptop and it makes it so easy to share photos from. Many thanks to everyone for for enforcing forum rules so well too.

As a new member to this site and PTSD I'd love to see some automated script that would popup on hover over commonly used mental health acronyms.

But truly, this site is feature rich and professionally run...I couldn't ask for more...Thanks....
