I flip my "I'mTired Lists" lists around. Now, I tend to speak pretty rough to myself, to make myself laugh, so keep in mind I'm quoting me-talking-to-me "Tired? That ain't tired. That's a goals list, bitch!" :D
Tired List
- Nightly headaches
- Headache triggered Ideation
- Incurable loneliness.
Goals List
- Treat headaches (doctor, meds, nutrition, sleeping in the daytime, whatever)
- Alter knee-jerk response from ideation to a different thought process or coping mechanism
- Curable loneliness = What? ((Aka what's different from incurable loneliness & curable loneliness?... And then start working towards that.))
