Reducing Fear At The Dentist

My dentist pretty much gets when I feel threatened or space out, I get irritably kinetic and nonverbal and just to make it better try super hard to not show pain at all. We worked that particular issue around - gestures work. Lift this or that limb a tiny bit, I'm watching you. There. It's ok, pause time, I can do this in smaller bits and so can you - kind of attitude.

Would it be possible for you to work out some kind of how-to-proceed with your dentist as well? Parse the whole procedures in some digestible manner?
