Wine is my preferred tipple. Just a glass or 2 helps me to relax although I try not to drink during the week - please note that is TRY :roflmao:

Good Luck with that KP. Looks like I have finally got an appointment to see a head Dr! NExt wednesday!! I didnt get help before, so this will be a big step I think. Hopefully they can give me some positive treatment for all this crazyness!

I will be thinking of you. I have just survived another tough EMDR session with my T so I'm a bit brain dead. More of the same next Wed - joy, can't wait :cry:. However it has helped me so much, I definitely would not be at the stage I am now without him.

Going for a MEal with my new work mates tinight, Hopefully everything will go well and I wont freak out at any point! Probably going to be a couple of beers involved in this one though. Not sure if that increases or decreases the chances, we will see.....

It's been a rough week for a lot of us it seems, myself included, blech. "Dumb"...nah, that's the PTSD, it clouds the brain with so much crap that it makes it hard to think...you're doing just fine ;)
