I have been using this electronic cigarette to help quit smoking. This type is non-rechargeable battery though and probably not refillable. It really does seem adequate, you blow out water vapor, the nicotine just sticks to you on the way in. There is no tar like you would get from burning tobacco which seems like a no brainer way to get your nicotine.
Non-alcoholic beer works good for me too. I found a few that I found acceptable, taking into account taste, the notes you get from a fine brew, aftertaste and mouth feel or carbonation levels, the headiness of it. Guinness Non-alcoholic was okay but Kaliber is my favorite because of its richness in taste that reminds me of a micro-brew, the feel and taste it leaves in your mouth is more realistic to how beer is I think.
I don't have quite the urge to drink everyday I did have and smoking is still a work in progress. Those electronic cigarettes aren't healthy because of the nicotine in them but you are removed from the nasty tar and carbon ridden smoke. Removed from many carcinogens as well. That is at least healthier than using tobacco, so long as tobacco companies aren't juicing up the nicotine with other chemicals without our knowledge.
