I actually managed to sleep for 6 hours last night :) all thanks to your support :tup:
I was still awoke by a dreaded night terror early morning but hey 6 hours is massive progress :happy: *baby steps*

I'm really finding the 'Chat' to be so helpful too, there is always somebody there ready to offer help when I'm :banghead: or :(.
I'm just wondering how the forum Trauma Diaries work?
