Starting at day one, for about the fourth time today. But at least I keep trying to stay on top of it. The funny part is how different events, people, holidays, or days of the week impact the amount of negativity.
It seems to get worse towards the end of the week. Not only am I worn out physically, but the pain is worse. It think that wears me down mentally and makes it easier to slip into the negativity. Plus it is another holiday, and nothing is like I thought it would be.
