For quite some time now, I have had these times when I wake up either kicking, or feeling like I'm falling or tripping and shoving my leg out. Recently it's gotten worse, happens almost everynight atleast once, some nights more.
During the trauma situation, I was being chased at night and kept slipping or starting to trip on the grass and was terrified that if I fell or didn't keep running faster, I would be killed. I think this may be the reason this keeps happening.
I have had other sleep problems for a long time, the nightmares and waking up screaming or sitting up, but the leg problem is getting to be more often, the other night I woke up every few minutes kicking and thrashing. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this and if anything had helped stop it?
