Prepped more veggies and fruit to make meal time/snack time smoother and much more convenient.

Slept in longer than usual.

Stretched longer and did more breathing exercises than usual.

Spent a little extra time on the mini-trampoline and in the morning sun.

Accepted an invitation to try out a gadget that a local practitioner recently acquired that can potentially improve functional microcirculation to aid in targeted pain relief.


While J worked and napped I went shopping for our vacation. New tops, hiking boots, camp chairs, new phones!!, sun screen, back pack and socks. And kayak racks for the car.
