What Did You Do Today To Relax?

First I mediated then I had a bath.

I rang up about trauma sensitive yoga. But there are not places left, so I have to wait until August. I was proactive in finding out the information.

What I do every day. I went on my computer and drank my morning coffee.

Took a lot of naps with thee cats under the blanket with me. Did not sleep at all last night worrying about my daughter being in the hospital because her knee kept on popping out. Thought she would get surgery, but she has to go for a second opinion.

I left a social gathering early because I was getting too twitchy. I let go of the feelings of obligation to stay. I am home trying to ignore the big thunderstorm by enjoying a green smoothie and some Hell's Kitchen.
