@gizmo Thank you. Hopefully he will get in at the other college he applied to. He may just have to go to Community College to get his gpa up in order to get accepted. I know he is depressed. I'm just here to hold his hand.:hug:

I find something so interesting in my new life now. I find that I am pretty much relaxed all of the time. I still get the occasional anxiety and panic attack and depression in the late afternoon. It is a hangover from my childhood. This is the time my parents came home from work. Funny how certain things can trigger such a reaction. It was pretty crazy with my parents when they came home. They destroyed my peace.

I laid down twice today because I was not feeling well. I'm feeling better having got a burst of fresh air.

I took a long nap under my favorite blanket for a long time.

I made (and ate!) a PB sandwich at the park and enjoyed the sunshine.

I took my time waking up and I am happy that I did that self care.

I laid down a little longer then I normally do. That's okay. I needed it to recoup.

I sat in the garden in the sunshine, I read my book, had a cup of tea and watched my lovely dogs sunbathing. Now I am going to light some scented candles in the lounge, maybe have a glass of wine and either watch TV or read a little more.
