What Did You Do Today To Relax?

Burning candles and incense as well as warming up a bed buddy for my neck. Have checked out several movies to watch from the library and took a nap with the fan going to cool down. Just trying to find ways to keep myself on the calm side for the next several days.

At the end of all of this, even though I really don't drink that often, I am thinking about getting some wine coolers as well as getting a massage.
 
Right now, I'm just listening to my body as it begins the unwinding process of too many years of being in a very stressful state.

I notice how my body is sleeping better. Gradually I hope to achieve a healthy balance where my body can and knows it can relax now. So for right now, slow motion is just fine with me.
 
I slowed down and stopped. I did mindfulness (yes I know you are not meant to do it for relaxation - you are not meant to do it for any reason at all, rather as practice, but it is the nature of the Vulcan to wander in her aims and goals ;) ) and I did quite a bit of Mindfulness. Doing more was good - it was also hard but it is relaxing to see my see being capable and competent.
