Been craving seafood lately, so I had a baked tuna steak seasoned with black pepper, mrs. dash table blend, rosemary, and fresh garlic served on top of toasted red quinoa with a side of steamed mixed veggies. Also had a little honey mustard on the side to dip the occasional bite of tuna in.

A big salad made with spinach, romaine, bell peppers, red onion, cucumber, tomato, with some arugula/broccoli/dill/parsley sprouts, topped with chickpeas, hemp seed, and drizzled with papaya poppy seed dressing....then had some unsalted tortilla chips baked with daiya brand shredded vegan cheddar-like substance. It's grab and growl leftover night for supper later.
